Admission Rules & Regulations

1. Admission Criteria: Admission will be given as per the guidelines for all classes. Admission depends on vacancies and is on the basis of a written test and an interview having psychological assessment of the students.

2. Previous Class Performance: Students seeking admission must have passed the previous class examination from a recognized board. A valid Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school is mandatory.

3. Age Criteria: Students must meet the minimum age requirement for the respective class as per board norms.

4. Required Documents: The following documents are required at the time of admission:
- Birth Certificate (for verification of date of birth)
- School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate from previous school
- Progress Report / Marksheet of previous class
- Passport size photographs (3 copies)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhar Card (Student & Parents)

5. Admission Test: Students from Class 1 to Class 9 are required to appear for a written test in the subjects of the previous class. Admission will be granted based on the performance in the test and interview.

6. Decision Authority: The Principal and the Management reserve the right to admit or refuse admission without assigning any reason. Parents must not pressurize the Principal or Management with requests for admission.

7. Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee is to be paid at the time of submitting the admission form. The admission fee is to be paid after the confirmation of admission.

School Rules and Regulations

1. Attendance Policy: All students should maintain regularity in attendance as the college committee has decided 75% minimum attendance is mandatory for appearing in the final examination.

2. Leave Application: Regular attendance is very important. In case of sickness or unforeseen circumstances, parents must submit a written application for leave and get it signed by the class teacher.

3. Absence Policy: If a student remains absent for a period of 30 days without permission from the college authorities, only a medical ground will be considered to continue in the college. Absence of more than 2 months without permission will result in the student's name being struck off from the roll. Re-admission fees will be charged for continuation in the college.

4. Reopening Day: Every student must be present on the reopening day of the college after each vacation.

5. Discipline: Students are expected to maintain discipline inside the college premises. Any violation of rules may lead to strict disciplinary action.

6. Uniform: Students must wear the prescribed college uniform on all working days. Proper grooming and cleanliness are mandatory.
